Hiking Hurley Rail Trail
Saturday October 3, 2015 at 10am - Hike the Hurley Rail Trail. The hike will be canceled due to rain. Parking spaces are limited, so car pooling may be needed. Parking spaces are limited - Reservations are required. Space is limited. This is a free event.
We will be hiking on the non-paved section and will hike to the pond. Expect to hike about 5 miles. The trail is flat. Good sneakers will work.

Other: Footware should be good quality sneakers or hiking trail runners (preferable not new). Bring a minimum of 2 bottles (12 oz) of water. If rain is possible, bring a waterproof jacket. If you are allergic to bees, bring an Epipen. If you have any medical issues, such as, low blood pressure, diebetes, allergic to bees, etc, please let the trip leader know.

Go approximately 1/4 mile |
Take Rt 209 South |
Travel approximately 3 miles south (go past Hurley/HMI) |
The trail head is on the LEFT. If you go past where Gill's Stand used to be, you went too far. |
